L1400CDA-382B0R Asus ExpertBook L1400CDA Notebook Ryzen 3 3200U 2.6GHz 8GB 256GB 14" FULL HD Vega 3 BT Win 10 Pro R9,232.I'll be going back over to my sister's tomorrow at about noon PST, so I'll try your guys' suggestions then. I've pulled a few hairs out over something that should've been a simple install. I know the card isn't DOA because it shows up in the Device Manager. This is an AMD 7850k build, and she doesn't game so there's no GPU that could be hogging lanes. I went into the BIOS, but there is no PCIe setting I can find that would enable/disable certain slots. I went searching on Google and couldn't find anything that helped.

I've attempted to reinstall drivers multiple times, both through the CD included with the card (a last resort) and through the downloads on the Asus website. List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem. Nameless, and under the category 'Other Devices.' The network status says that there are no available networks, and it shows up in the Device Manager as PCI device (I think, I went home for the night and I don't have it with me). I bought my sister an Asus PCE-N15 wireless card to replace the crappy little USB wireless adapter she had already, but I can't get it to work.
